Our company is currently seeking an enthusiastic professional to join the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable with computers, has a working knowledge of the human resources process, and is a skilled communicator.
HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
-
Must have experience in the janitorial environment.

Help create marketing strategies.
-
Make contracts and estimates and complete customer forms.
-
Coordinate with managers and employees to resolve issues.
-
Recruit, interview and handle new-hires and paperwork and other HR-related tasks.
-
Achieve established goals for the department.
-
Retain and maintain an active employee database.
-
Manage employee training budget and expenditures, as appropriate.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
